2. Client Responsibilities

This includes, but is not limited to, job descriptions, skill requirements, expected hours, workplace safety conditions, and any relevant legal or regulatory compliance obligations. Clients must ensure that all assigned personnel are treated with professionalism, dignity, and fairness while on assignment. It is also the client’s responsibility to comply with all applicable employment laws, wage laws, safety regulations, and nondiscrimination rules. Clients are required to report any incidents, injuries, or workplace concerns to Staffay, LLC immediately. Payments for services must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in individual service agreements or invoices. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in service delays, additional fees, or termination of the agreement. Staffay, LLC reserves the right to withdraw personnel or end services if unsafe or unethical working conditions are reported.
