1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of staffay.com and the services offered by Staffay, LLC (“Staffay”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and candidates.

When you sign a separate service agreement, statement of work, or proposal with us, that document controls if it conflicts with these terms.

2. Our services

Staffay provides temporary and permanent staffing, medical support staffing, administrative support, PEO and employer solutions, training and workforce development, janitorial and environmental cleaning, and back office services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and HR support.

Service availability can depend on location, staffing capacity, client requirements, and market conditions. We may add, change, or stop offering services at any time. The details of any engagement, including scope, schedule, and fees, will be set out in a written agreement or quote. We do not guarantee specific business results from any placement or service.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Give accurate and complete information about roles, skills needed, hours, work conditions, and any legal or regulatory requirements
• Provide a safe workplace and follow all employment, wage, safety, and anti discrimination laws
• Treat all assigned personnel with professionalism, dignity, and fairness
• Report any incident, injury, or workplace concern to Staffay right away
• Pay invoices on time as agreed

We may withdraw personnel or end services if we learn of unsafe, unlawful, or unethical working conditions.

4. Job seekers

Submitting your information does not guarantee a job, an interview, or a placement. You agree that the information you give us is true and complete. With your knowledge, we may share your qualifications with potential employers. Some roles require background checks, license verification, drug screening, or health screenings, which will only be done as allowed by law and with any required consent.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices on our website, including our back office plans, are starting prices in U.S. dollars and may change. Your final price is the one in your written quote or agreement.

• Back office plans: Bookkeeping, Payroll, and HR each start at $499 per month. Accounting starts at $899 per month and includes everything in Bookkeeping. Each service has a one time setup fee of $299. Bookkeeping and Accounting are alternatives, and upgrading from Bookkeeping to Accounting does not add a second setup fee.
• Bundle discounts of 5 percent for two services and 10 percent for three services (a finance service, Payroll, and HR) apply to recurring monthly service fees only, not to setup fees or add-ons.
• Bookkeeping and Accounting include up to $49,000 in monthly processed funds. Above that, a fee of 1 percent of monthly processed funds over the included amount applies.
• Payroll includes up to 10 employees, with $40 per month for each additional employee. HR includes up to 20 employees, with $20 per month for each additional employee.

Unless your agreement says otherwise, invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date. Please tell us about any billing error within 5 business days. We accept ACH, check, and credit card, and card payments may carry a processing fee. Late payments may result in late fees or interest where the law allows, and may lead to paused or ended services. Returned or failed payments may carry an extra fee. We may ask for a deposit or prepayment for some services. Changes to payment terms must be agreed in writing.

6. Using our website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Try to access restricted areas or disrupt the website
• Upload or spread malicious code
• Scrape or copy content in bulk without permission
• Send false or misleading information through our forms
• Pretend to be Staffay or a member of our team

We may limit or end access to the website if we see misuse. Content on this website is for general information and is not a binding offer.

7. Confidentiality

We treat non public information shared during a business relationship, such as pricing, candidate details, financial and payroll records, and internal procedures, as confidential. We will not sell or share it except as needed to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Clients agree to treat our proposals, pricing, and candidate information as confidential too. Specific confidentiality terms may also be set out in a service agreement or NDA.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, belongs to Staffay, LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own non commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission. Third party names and logos belong to their owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Staffay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information provided by a client or by third party providers. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Staffay, LLC and its team from claims, losses, and expenses that result from your misuse of the website or services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.

11. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other sites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services. Visiting them is at your own risk.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal action about the website or our services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept them. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our choice not to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
